Project Manager - Software Application Development

How will you impact the team?

• Customer Insight: Support innovative product solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, helping the customer see opportunities that they might not readily see.
• Project Delivery: Partner with Product Manager to drive our customers project needs through ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to overcoming challenges and on-time delivery.
• Directly and proactively manage project team on day-to-day basis and project ceremonies
• Curate and execute project plans for software development and go-to-market strategies
• Cross-Functional Business Growth: Manage and navigate a complex business environment to foster tight partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results for our customers.
• Communication: Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment.
• Project success: End-to-end project oversight including project ideation, customer expectations, timely execution, financials and team engagement.
• Proficiency: expertise in leading definition of consumer experiences and implementing online/mobile applications and supporting marketing efforts

• Exceptional communicator
• Fluent English speaker, (bilingual Spanish-English is a plus)
• Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams with a delivery mindset
• Experience in software development projects with a focus on mobile development and direct consumer engagement
• Knowledge of software development processes in an agile environment - metrics based build, measure, learn methodology
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and client stakeholder interaction
• Proven ability to curate and execute project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Proven ability to proactively perform project planning and project risk mitigation
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, project financial management, and resource allocation and management procedures
• Ability to understand the wider objectives of the customer, such as business and strategic goals and work with customer Stakeholders and Product Managers to curate product roadmaps and subsequent project plans
• BA/BS degree
• +4 years of experience in software development project leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills in both business English and Spanish (if candidate is in Mexico)
• Prior experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Manager in a technology services or consulting company
• PMP preferred but not required
• CSM preferred but not required
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Atlassian applications
• Position is remote but may require occasional travel to Zigatta or client locations (preferred locations of Guadalajara in MX and Texas in US but not required)
• No Status Quo Joe's or Jill's
