As a People Analyst at Zigatta, you will collaborate with a People Partner, providing support to key departmental and company processes.
Support tasks to onboarding, life cycle, and offboarding
  • Promote corporate culture
  • Partner to build and update the actionable HR Plans.
  • Understand roadmaps and implementation in multiple business units Deeply knows HR practices, tools, and systems to advise and select the best solution for each situation.
  • Project / Program manage the execution of HR Plans Delivers.
  • Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Workforce planning, support to multiple Business Units as needed.
  • Employee relations
    • Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. 
    • Coach/consult with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. 
    • Coordinates all employee activities/programs.
    • Communicate and interpret all benefits, changes and policies.
    • Educate associates about their benefits and coordinate open enrollment periods.
    • Research and resolve associate’s benefit problems and questions.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • English language proficiency
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Human Resources o Administration degree is preferred
